Description

Heat sink, including thermal pad and screws, for the armStoneMX8MPr2. In most cases, this is sufficient to ensure compliance with the maximum junction temperature specified by the CPU. If the cooling capacity of the passive heat sink proves insufficient due to the specific application or ambient conditions, a 40x40 mm fan can be mounted.
