2. CAN Bus
Description:
In many applications in the industrial and medical field, CAN-Buses are used.
Yet, some of these applications are in need of a second CAN-Bus. Therefore, F&S offers a solution in form of a second, external CAN controller. This CAN controller gets integrated into the customer's base board and is connected to the F&S board via SPI. With KIT-2.CAN, you receive a small board (SINTF-ADP-CAN), with which the CAN controller is connected to the SPI interface of the F&S starter kit. Furthermore, KIT-2.CAN includes the documentation for this board, as well as the circuit diagram and the components list for an easy integration into your base board. Of course, the driver is also included (in C++ for WCE), so the second CAN interface can be used right away.
